These are STL design files to recreate our PSU Shroud Cover Mod on our recent Hyte X50 builds! Example build photos are shown for context.
This kit includes x6 STL files include:
PSU shroud cover that has an ATX sized PSU fan cutout
PSU shroud cover that has an SFX sized PSU fan cutout
ATX to SFX adapter mounting plate
PSU shroud cover stencil for exact hole drilling locations to mount shroud covers
Magnet application version (ATX & SFX) of the design so it can be held onto the case with magnets, as opposed to screws - eliminating the need for drilling the case.
Drilling holes into the case's original PSU shroud and utilizing brass inserts that are heat pressed into the shroud cover is the most secure way to do this mod. While it is safer for the PSU shroud to be directly mounted via drilling and utilizing screws, the magnet version can work too, however be warned as the print may fall while moving or traveling with the case.
