These are STL design files to recreate our PSU Shroud Cover Mod on our recent Hyte X50 builds! Example build photos are shown for context.
This kit includes x4 STL files include:
PSU shroud cover that has an ATX sized PSU fan cutout
PSU shroud cover that has an SFX sized PSU fan cutout
ATX to SFX adapter mounting plate
PSU shroud cover stencil for exact hole drilling locations to mount shroud covers
Drilling holes into the case's original PSU shroud and utilizing brass inserts that are heat pressed into the shroud cover is the most secure way to do this mod. We had thought about a simple magnet application since the original PSU shroud is steel, but it's safer for the PSU shroud to be directly mounted and won't ever fall down accidentally in transit or moving the system.
